I just heard about this great new idea - Graze boxes, healthy snacks delivered to your door for only £2.99. Yes okay you probably could go to the supermarket and spend the same amount and get loads more but would you really go there and just buy healthy snacks, admit it you'd sneak a packet of biscuits in there too.
I would have loved this when I was working in an office job I hated - using food as a reward to get me through the long boring day. Nowadays I eat more healthily as I'm allergic to anything with milk and eggs which basically cuts out any sinful foods. But having something like this delivered would give you the 'treat' factor - the surprise of not knowing exactly what was going to turn up would make your day!
